The Essential Cutting System™consists of a quality Victorinox® stainless steel, serrated knife, and a precision, stainless steel, short-shanked shears, all contained in a custom sheath.

The knife can be used for vegetable and herb harvesting and can go right into the kitchen for cooking preparation.

The shears have ample finger grips for either right or left handed use, and remarkable cutting leverage. Use the shears for anything from cutting thick leather to precise pruning.
